Archaeology time (digging up a LONG dead thread):

If there is any chance of these becoming available once more, I'd be up for one. Preferably a bolt-in, but weld-in should be OK (could holes be drilled in the weld-in to convert to to bolt-in?).

Yes - it IS of interest as long as it's suitable for strapping to a manual gearbox (is there any difference in the crankshafts?)
