Re: Rear Lower Strut Braces for R8/45/ZS/400
Archaeology time (digging up a LONG dead thread):
If there is any chance of these becoming available once more, I'd be up for one. Preferably a bolt-in, but weld-in should be OK (could holes be drilled in the weld-in to convert to to bolt-in?).

Wanted: R8 rear lower strut brace (and possibly front one)
Does anyone have a rear, lower strut brace for sale to suit an R8? If I can get a rear one, I'd also like a front one to go with it.
Would required UK postage - to North Yorks. Payment by paypal, ideally.
Thanks

Re: Wanted: Cream/beige interior for cabriolet
Hi Rich - the seats are probably the most important part as far as 'er indoors is concerned (it's her car!). How much would you want for them and are you able to hold on to them for a while? Any chance of seeing photos of the seats (and any other cream/beige/stone bits you have)? I'd prefer to keep ...

Wanted: Cream/beige interior for cabriolet
Looking for a complete cream/beige interior for a 1992 cabriolet - ideally leather but cloth at a push. I'd for the full works: seats, door cards, rear trims, consoles, dash etc. I'd consider a bubble type dash if an original style one isn't available. In an ideal world I would get the whole thing i...

Yes - it IS of interest as long as it's suitable for strapping to a manual gearbox (is there any difference in the crankshafts?)

Wanted - 1600 D series (Honda) engine
The engine in my wife's 1992 Cabrio is starting to get a bit tired and we are looking at the options. In the long term I will probably get it rebuilt but in the short term I would be interested to hear from anyone selling a Honda D series engine - either DOHC as it has now or SOHC. Obviously we'd li...

Cabrio or coupe interior wanted
My wife has just announced that she would quite like to replace the grey leather interior in her 1993 cabrio with a nice cream interior (preferal leather, too). If a cabrio one isn't available, then of course most of a coupe one can be made to fit. Does anyone have/know of such a thing available? I ...

Two Thousand and Twelve. However, since everyone used to say Nineteen Ninety Five, Nineteen Seventy Three etc it follows that Twenty Twelve is correct. I for one won't be following convention and will be calling it This Year. Happy New Year. :D Good argument Gordon............................until ...

Wanted - coupe/cabrio door cards in grey
For a 1993 cabrio but as I understand it, I could modify coupe ones to fit. Need to be a matched pair in grey and postage to a UK address.
Thanks

Re: Anybody believe in After Life?
I have no belief in religion or any afterlife - despite having a VERY close brush with death a few months ago. That experience did reinforce my belief in people though, especially my cardiac surgeon. Apparently I had just a 20% chance of surviving but at no point did I feel the need to get spiritual...

By way of elaboration, here's some more detail on what happened. On 4th Nov I was taken into hospital here in Al Ain with chest and back pains . The good news was that it wasn't a heart attack - the bad news was that it was worse, much, much worse. It turned out to be a dissected aorta which, if the...
