Arh bugger!

Pulling away from a set of lights tonight, rolled up to them in 3rd as it was just going amber/green so i changed down to 2nd brought the clutch up and boom! Passenger (long) driveshaft has snapped clean in half! Looks like months of drag racing has taken its toll lol! How much would i be looking to...

Yeh a grand does sound a bit steep. Ive seen good sprays done for about 800 quid all in! Best way to do it is prep it yourself as thats what takes the longest (More labour charges if done at a shop!)

Also ive heard spray jobs tend cost less up north, dont know how much truth is in that though!

As you lot were quing for hours at the pod, i decided to go down to Shakespeare county raceway! Managed to set a new PB of 15.6 @ 85mph which i was chuffed with! I did indeed! Cheers dude! I can get insured on an impreza no problem, BUT when my engine coverted, turbo charged 216 costs more on the insurance as youve messed around with it! Just keep that in the back of your mind! Anyway good luck, im sure we can share advice etc, And create a build up thread!

200bhp is achievable easily enough at 7psi with a decent exhaust id say, I was very close, lets hope Welz can fly the flag for me and finish what me and Jonny set out to do Ad has pretty much the best manifold you can get for this particular application, you need to be quick off the mark when thing...
