well i went to look at the coupe.

and it had eleventy million miles on it and he wanted at least £10 for every 1000 mile on the clock.

so that was a non-starter.

so i'm trying to get to look at the 420's tommorow morning

with a bit of luck they will be worth the trip

A bit of help folks. i have the choice of 3 cars. 2 mk1 420 gsi's and a 216 coupe. all of them fall in to the 95/96 reg insurance is the same for both for me so is not an issue but from an owning and running point of view with would you pick? is one better to tune than the other are parts cheaper is...
