Pretty sure the diagnostic line goes through a little black connector located near the main grey connector in the middle of the bulkhead in the engine bay yellow/white iirc

Depends how you want the points to work. For lateness I would do

Re: Today I have been....
Had to do it on the coupe not long ago, you'd think there would be an easier way. It was my own fault though being too rough trying to get the rubber pipes off in the engine bay and the pipe broke off the end tank instead.

Re: Is there a market
It really depends but I don't mind paying a bit more for something that is going to fit correctly/last longer. I'm not really into buying stainless just because its stainless when the original part is good enough. However for example that radiator I would still be thinking about it but would probabl...

Re: K4 & KV6 Head / Main studs
I think I'd be happier with the original diameter tbh, I don't fancy having to mess around that much. What did you do on your 1.4 turbo std diameter or enlarged, what boost did that run and did it have any headbolt issues.

I think you need to be checking the wiring from the CTS to the ECU as above, and that the pins on the ECU plug are making a decent connection.

Don't suppose you have the part number of the superflex bush to hand off the packet do you, to make sure I'm getting the right one.

I haven't measured but I'd imagine you'd need to grind some of the metal back to allow the shorter bushes to fit correctly.

Re: my rights with regards to a discipline
As said refusing to go to the disciplinary means it will just eventually be held without you. You won't get sacked for not going to the meeting, depends if what you may have done is a sackable offense under the company policy. Your better off going to the meeting to defend yourself.

You can't turn it upside down, it has a ledge about half way down that is the bit that seals, not the bottom edge. As far as I remember anyway.

I've got the 4-2-1 and sports cat on my vvc coupe and would say I had to chop about a foot off the sports cat pipe (thats has the flexi on it) and get a 3 bolt flange welded on in place of the 2.

Hmm, well I've not actually seen the your not strapped in warning light but I thought it was supposed to be on the clocks, its in RAVE. You can prise the 2 black covers off the buckle if you want to have a look. They unclip (you've not lost anything if it breaks it doesn't work anyway). If you decid...

Re: Seatbelt pretensioners (was Have you got a Jap coupé turbo?)
I think that wire coming out is for the seatbelt warning light which was only on the jap version, other than that its probably the same as a non wired one. Whats wrong with the one in the pic has it been set off?
