Is a turbo i presume? What car/engine is it???? Sounds like its dropped a cylinder as a result of either, high boost (det), spark plug, or even ignition components. I would go for it as its a lot of car for the money. Being LPG it'll save you a tiny bit compared to the VVC but be prepared for depreciation even though its a LPG. i.e in 2 years time it may only be worth £3500-4000 where it'll be 8 years old but the VVC maybe 650-900?
