Re: So I hear the Lib Dems are trying to alienate their vote
Massively over-priced military equipment that could be bought cheaper elsewhere is also pretty expensive, as are the numerous failed computer systems for various departments. Nevermind the billions in unpaid taxes by some very large companies operating in the UK and numerous 'entrepreneurs'. :thumb...

I didn't as i knew it wouldn't do any good. But there is a chap on there building a vvc 100 so there not ...

Re: Does anyone use Solidworks?
Yeah you can 3d model it alright and you can even do a video of it rotating round if you want too. Best thing is to have a go at the tutorials that come with it, thats what i did and it helps to get your head around it as it'll show you how you draw up and extrude the parts you need. You can colour ...

Re: Does anyone use Solidworks?
Solid works as in solid edge? Ive used it briefly, mainly to do some nice 3d renders. Its a good bit of kit, it does work very differently from autocad though as you have to use about 3 reference points to make sure the assembly goes together correctly. Not realy needed in my line of work as autocad...

Shocking! utter utter waste! The thing is they could have been put back on the second hand car market as alot of them look newer that any of the cars ive had. Yes the price of second hand cars has gone up which is good for the sellers but not for the buyers especialy in the sup £1000 range, less val...

Re: Modern Cars
the seats in the 306 are comfy, done a couple of 150 odd mile round trips up the motorway this week.
I do prefer harder cusioned seats though (the 306 is a dturbo model so i get the sports seats
) as i find them more comfortable for long jorneys than a matress as a seat type.
