f to tf conversion - components to change. front bumper, front crash bar (or bodge with brackets), front headlights, headlight wiring connectors, rear bumper, rear bootlid. u will never complete the look as the tf has re-profiled sills. vvc engine needs to be worked hard and mg f/tf are just too lar...

Well the issue seems to be that the fan isnt cutting in AT ALL! if the engine fan is not cutting in, the cabin heater still blows constant hot air and if it's drinking a lot of fuel it might suggest a duff CTS. unplug the connector (brown - tho they vary in colour depending on model/year) and start...

iirc sean it will be front subframe only, 220 t16 mounts, vitesse gearbox will be hydraulic and need changing to cable, u cant use the 800 IC and yor missing drive shafts off yor list

would make sense, rear end impact, swappin to another coupe would involve less work but would cover the same ground(apart from wiring), breaking the car (and eventually donar) will pay some of the way to a mk3/R25... and you could sell me that interior on another note, nasty impact..trust your ok?

Yes..definately raise my eyebrows too. The cup itself is loose on the strut. all that holds it, the tension of the spring, the weight and forces acting on the car is that lip of metal. :|
