I have had some intrest in my front bumper off a rover coupe and am working for the next couple of days solid so, has anyone posted a front bumper before if so how much? and who did it?

the water was drained from the bottom rad hose, the gasket itself was soiled in oil and water. and i took everything apart properly thanks for saying otherwise tho!

as some of you may know the head gasket on my 220 NASP went about 3 or so months ago. now i took it to one of my mates who took 3 months to get it done and in the end told me the bottom end had gone and needed replacing. so i towed it home and stripped the engine only to find this! http://i6.photobu...

does the manifold have machined slits into it? just wondering cos i have one and it has slits in it not sure if they are cracks or not they look too machined to be cracks to be honest.

i thought the rad etc were the same?
and surely if it has come out of the 620 all the boost pipes will connect anyway.
same as the oil feeds as they are only connected to the engine to the turbo.
the only thing that i will need is a 220 coupe turbo gearbox and exhaust?
or am i wrong

Question about turbo/nasp

is the cylinder head the same on a turbo t16 as a nasp 220 coupe? only asking as my head maybe warped. i have found a turbo engine for sale at £150 so i can either just go for a full turbo or just get the head and fit it onto my nasp. only problem with the turbo is the turbo has died. if anyone can...

i always thought that it made it worse in the dry as the tyre lasts half the time because it was going in the wrong direction it was designed to.
