Mk 2 Rover 800 window guide,,HELP!!

Hi all. I'm wondering if anyone can help me with the lower window guide on the drivers side rear door of my 1994 Rover 800.. It's a bit of metal with a runner on it. In the link below it is called a "sash" and is no. 4. 1 bolt holds it on to the door. Many Thanks, Scott
