Has anyone heard of Autodata? Apparently they do a trade only CD which details loads of stuff on most models of car for most manufacturers going back to well before I was born! It’s apparently specific enough to note the BRM and specific bits to this model (inc recommended tyre pressures etc), so it sounds pretty detailed. It retails for £800 or thereabouts apparently but I’ve been offered a fully functioning copy for a lot less than this. I understand that it’s the newest version. It’s still a fair few quid, but is it worth getting hold of? Has anyone heard of it and can recommend it? Apparently it’s got something like 600 megabytes of data so it’s got to be quite in depth, but I don’t want to fork the money out if it’s no good.
I’ve not got one of the Rover only ones (RAVE or whatever it’s called), so I thought I’d get this one, and it will cover any and all of my cars going forward (and those of friends and family etc).
Cheers
Rob

If its the latest version I'd do a double check, I did hear some mumblings that the latest version requires you to keep buying the updates or it times out, don't know how true that is though.
Better check on Autodata's website.
