Me (plus two passengers) vs Audi S3

I was crusing along my private test track with a couple of my mates last night when I pulled up to a set of lights next to an Audi S3. Anyways a quick glance each others way and it was on, so we both boot it and to my suprise dispite his extra horses and 4WD traction we are equal up to about 70 (inches per minute of course). He starts to pull very slowly after then but we hit a series of round-a-bouts and on the exit of them he seems to be getting a insane amount of traction but still not enough to loose me (im on his donkey boy the whole time).
Eventually we stop to pull over and chat, thankfully as my brakes had totally faded, so I ask him about his car. He said its be re-mapped and it now kicking out 260bhp as opposed to the standard 225 and he was shocked that I was keeping up. When I told him my coop is totally standard it looked like he was about to cry lol.

He then said it must be down to weight and I said the coop weights about 1230kg, he said the S3 weights 1400kg!!!!!!
Anyways im happy that I upset a much more expensive, more powerful, smaller car
That'll teach him for tresspassing on my test track

And authentic innocent bystanders.....I'm not having a dig though cos I've done my fair share of shady maneuvours on the public highway.

I was having a play in an RS6 (estate - not sure if they all are estates) on the A38 between Exeter and Plymouth.
I'm pretty sure he was giving it some, as we weren't going slowly and we were slowing down to let each other pass etc.
anyway, both accelerating in a straight line and I was pulling away from me - which surprised me a bit.
I'm not sure if he had any passengers though..

I am not convinced a 220 Turbo with less than 250bhp could "have" an RS6, but could have happened I guess

I know.
thats what I was thinking, but I was pulling away and we were accelerating from 70 mph.
yes its naughty - before everyone starts...
maybe he had a car load of people or something.
there was only me in the car, and I had almost zero fuel, so theres a bit of a weight saving...

Turbo coupe with less than 300bhp pulling away from an RS6?? Think he must have left it in 6th gear from 50mph... I raced one up the M1 to over 140 and it was pulling away from me...

hey i'm not arguing with that!
I was surprised too, and yes, maybe he was in 6th accelerating.
it was all from over 70 mph to about 110 (I don't like going any faster than that)
maybe he'd stuck an RS6 badge on a normal A6 estate?
like I said, maybe it had 5 people in it. who knows?
I was certainly doing my best, and down-shifting here and there to get some better acceleration.
maybe he wasn't trying particularly hard. The RS6's are monsters.

If you compare the power to weight its not that far off,
him - 186
you - 163 aprox?
then he has greater transmission loss so about equal ?
