You can get the 25/ZR cards off with the door closed if you have flexibile hands. They dont have the screws on the side (from memory) like the 200's did.
mine done this on the driver's side, c/locking makes a loud clicking and the door pin pops up and straight down never unlocking the door (and you cant force it to stay up)
i had a very destructive solution and it wasn't pretty! i dremeled an access port through the door card. with a long chisel/screwdriver i got happy with a big hammer to rip the central locking motor clean off the lock mechanism. I also had to perform surgery on the metal shroud surrounding the lock mech with a cutting/grinding disc on the end of a snake (dremel again.) once the lock is suitably destroyed you can reach in and have a twiddle around to free yor door.

White ZR Turbo - gone - but new one on its way...
uv got no choice really , unless you can get to that lone bolt in between the dash and door card. your gona kill the lock + motor too sadly (to be fair its already dead) and they aint cheap.
one long winded option would be to take the wing off and try and free the door hinges. of course the catch will still be inaccessible but this would probably give u the play to get to tat illusive bolt.
try giving the exterior door handle a thump with your hand while you operate the lock button & interior release.
if the outer handle doesn't return the latch to the fully closed position the door won't open. lack of use can cause the handle & mechanism to stiffen up.
