1992 Roversport fitted 216 GTi Twin cam

Ran 132bhp on dyno few months ago , NEC classic car show 2014 car

Spec as follows

BODY

Roversport front bumper
Roversport rear bumper
Roversport top spoiler
Roversport grill
Japanese rear number plinth
JDM Brake light
Team Heko wind deflectors

INTERIOR

BRM carpet (with footrest)
Black dash and door cards
GSi Black seats
coupe/cabby centre armrest
White Heater Dails
Red Dash Strip
MGF rear view mirror
pioneer CD/iPod radio
Japanese flare


BRAKES

MG ZS 180 Front and Rear

SUSPENSION

Lowered 35-40mm on Gmax
Honda LCA's
Rear upper strut brace
Rear Tie Bar
Front upper strut brace
Anti roll bars polybush

ENGINE

Stainless manifold
Stainless back box
Stainless Air pipe with air filter
D1 Spec earthing kit

Lots of history just had new battery, starter motor rebuild
New lower arms and drop links track rod ends etc...

Problems it's a old car so does have some dents on drivers door, front fog lights need wiring up will need new brakes soon

Hi Rob

120k but engine is running standard power pulls well with no leaks or knocks

I'd say it's about 98% rust free but if it doesn't sell before POL it's going back to body shop for the last bit to be done

Coilovers and top mounts are being removed Monday and shocks and springs in it's place

dribble in my pants, 220 turbos etc can go to hell


what state will this be in with whatever your removing ? i.e what will be left.

And no it didn't it's been 4 months since then and nothing is wrong with the car

Rolling shell as complete as possible? If I had the monies and space I'd have it but with trying to restore a gti turbo it's not likely to happen :(

2nd dibs bonnet :)
front wings, front indicators and hockey sticks
RS grill
both wing mirrors
both doors (dont need window motors)
drivers door window/glass
side rubbing strips
tailgate (i still have no rear window)
jap rear plinth
bonnet prop rubber grommet (bit where its pivots on slam panel)
and the b-pillar exterior trims (blacks painted bits)

Put it in storage, come back to it later like its a new car.

Buy something logger and french to tide you over so you know quality when you come back to it.

Make sure there no issues with the haldex if it has it if not will be running a torsen.

They a good reliable car with some nice refinements :)
