Assorted service history, mostly pre 2000 though.
Car still runs as I use it to get to work every day, but it is a little rough at low revs. Though to be misfiring so last month replaced plugs, cap, leads and ignition coil - which did not resolve the poor running. Starter motor needs some attention, as although it always starts, it sometimes makes a horrid noise on the first few tries, other times it just starts first time. Also consumes a fair amount of oil, though using "High Mileage" oil reduces the amount used considerably. No oil puddles on driveway so assume it is being burned.
I bought the car in February 2008 as a first car, but the cost of fuel, and my commuting to work is forcing me to sell it before I got to the end of the intended 12 month timeframe. In all honesty the rough running could be anything, the cost to get a garage to investigate was more than I paid for it so as such I am looking for around £175 for the car as it is now, minus the stereo. Buyer to collect from Weston-Super-Mare, as it is taxed and has MOT, you will be able to drive it away.
Car will remain for sale for about a week before it goes to a scrapyard ;_; Just thought I would advertise it here first as someone with some knowledge of cars and a little time may well be able to get it running nicely.
Headgasket was replaced prior to me purchasing it in February.
