Court in the morning, what can i expect?

For things that don't fit into a category. i.e. non-motor related subjects.

How the hell did they come to the conclusion you had firearm offences and such :|

I was sodding livid last time I was in court, first time I have ever 'lost';

http://www.migweb.co.uk/forums/off-topi ... wards.html

I would be putting in a severe complaint TBH. Compensation is just (generally) for people who want something for nothing, at the end of the day you were rightfully found not-guilty and your peers have cleared you, that is justification but other than costs I would call it a day there. Mistakes happen and obviously somewhere there has been a mistake which the police have acted upon. You may dislike it but if they are that concerned over firearm offences and it happened to me I would at leat be pleased that they take it seriously. I would still be annoyed but a letter of apology would satisfy me. I would photocopy it and keep it in my car. :lol:

I had a feeling the court would be in my favour.

Im happy that i wont lose anymore sleep over if i might lose my licence or not.

I dont want the hassle of claiming expenses etc as id rather just forget about the whole farce now. Although the judge or the prosecution never said why or how the facts that i was supposed to have criminal offences to my name. Im satisfied in my own mind, and on my CRB certificate that i have never commited such crimes and that will do for me :P

worth checking what they have on you for any future pnc checks.

A database error like this wont necessarily be fixed just because the court case was thrown out. It took a good few attempts for them to sort out my licence so it didnt come back saying I was disqualified when I wasnt...

I drove into a bus stop full of nuns and disabled children, high on pcp and meth, while uninsured and drunk, in an unroadworthy car.

I've just taken the opportunity to read a little about PCP on wikipedia. It doesn't seem to have many positive aspects?
Behavioral effects can vary by dosage. Low doses produce a numbness in the extremities and intoxication, characterized by staggering, unsteady gait, slurred speech, bloodshot eyes, and loss of balance. Moderate doses (5–10 mg intranasal, or 0.01-0.02 mg/kg intramuscular or intravenous) will produce analgesia and anesthesia. High doses may lead to convulsions

Psychological effects include severe changes in body image, loss of ego boundaries, paranoia and depersonalization. Hallucinations, euphoria, suicidal impulses and aggressive behavior are reported infrequently.
Assuming you don't experience hallucinations or euphoria, it doesn't seem to have much going for it. Although giving Limecat a drug that results in a "loss of ego boundaries" would be interesting in a morbid way.

Not sure my opinion would have counted for much Anthony.

After all, I'm one of those bigots given authority by a nobody (if the OP considers the Sovereign to be a nobody ;) )

Come to think of it, I've been called some choice names but never been called a bigot as far as I can remember :lol:
