I recently told a little story about how I crashed my metro.....

Well after giving Windows 8 a whirl it synced a load of live features and I forgot I had a cloud space and these pics were on there.

second well done for getting 125 out of a metro
third ouch!

I hunted for that car for months and months,

One owner from new, full Rover history, 36k on the clock. Just had a service at rover and had new exhaust, new shocks, new Tyres and timing belt

125mph was easy in a MPi GTi.

Very lucky there.

Were there any issues with police/insurance after? I can't imagine the insurance company willing to pay out....

Police said that I was lucky, at 75mph to have walked away

Insurance used police report. Tried to pay me £300 though!!

I kept the advert, told them to find me the same spec car for £300 and buy it. They paid me what I paid. I'd only had car 6 months. They tried to make me pay rest of policy.
