A PayPal rant, with a rather stupid ending.

Very short backstory - At the start of December, I sold a couple of things on Ebay, and accepted payment via PayPal.
One person, when he didn't receive his item within two days (!) filed a complaint with PayPal, causing them to put a hold on the amount of his payment, which as I had already withdrawn the money, put me into a negative balance. The item in question arrived on day three, many apologies were received, and the claim cancelled. My account was back in positive balance, and all was well.
Um, except that two days after that, PayPal stuck a 'limited access' status on my account and basically froze me out due to 'potential security issues'.
I've been emailing them constantly for nearly two months, responding to their every little wish, only to get a mail yesterday from them stating that they cannot release my account, as I had not provided contact details for my suppliers. Um, what suppliers? I'd stated several times before in writing and over the phone that all things I'd taken payment for via PayPal were my own possessions sold via Ebay, and that I was not a business. If fact, I had been previously assured that everything was absolutely fine, it would be resolved 'shortly' and there was no reason for my account ever being on hold at all!
They have an automated form to resolve things like this, which you can use to upload scans of supplier contact information, receipts, etc. I uploaded this .jpg file yesterday evening -
Result - One fully functional PayPal account within two hours. The automated system will apparently not allow them to resolve any dispute unless a file of some sort has been uploaded via the resolution centre page.
