I have a pair somewhere that I could measure up and draw in Catia so anyone can hand an engineering place a CAD model and/or technical drawing if needs be.
Reckon I'll need spacers to get these under my BRM wheels but will have to wait until it's all on before I know if spacers will do it and what size I'll need. Was going to get some anyway for a bit of stance and was planning on fitting longer studs. Hubcentric spacers are the only way to go and not cheap if you go to one of these specialists. Wonder if there's any chance of another group buy popping up...
Have a flick through the original Brembodge thread that's linked earlier in this thread, there was mention of BRM clearance in there somewhere. Iirc they would have needed something extreme like 10mm spacers, that's assuming the rim can actually get over the brakes in the first place.
Do the brembo calipers fit under the 11 spokes fitted as standard to the Mk2 180s?
Edit: Found my answer in the project thread - needs a 5mm spacer.
So, Q 1) Where can I get said spacer 2) do I need to do anything else because of the spacer - i.e. I presume there's enough stud left to fix the nuts back on?
As above 7mm doesn't appear to have caused any problems in the 3 years or so that they've been fitted, the original 5mm spacers that Mitus had made had an inherent problem with a weak spot around the spigot mount due to the thinness of material in that area, his later ones went to 7mm to address the problem.
I also used ARP lengthened Honda studs and trimmed them down to the desired length to give me 5 turns to fully tight which equates to 7.5mm of stud in the nut.
Lol, I've got 20mm each on the front and 30mm each on the back.
And I've done a lot of miles since having them on.
No problems yet and they are massive spacers compared to the 7mm! Haha!

Yeah, I had to say I was a bit concerned when I read that! That's 3cm out from standard, that's far more than I'd go. I'm worried over 7mm! lol
Has anyone looked into the Spoon 4Pots that fit over the standard 282 discs? They're upgrades for certain civics, but I've been unable to categorically prove that they're a bolt on upgrade for the ZS.

I got them for the looks and they look good!
They are hub centric fix to the studs and have their own studs to fix the wheel too so no worries of the wheel falling off I hope!
yeh ive used 18mm ones for some 10 years now and never had a bearing fail. I had to do something really stupid to damage one. Even then it got 100 miles home with the whole front left axle wrecked. just didnt drive very well on boost

Ok, final question (I promise!) - where can I get the 7mm spacers & ARP lengthened Honda studs from ?
Looking like I'll be interested in a set of discs as well, just need to find some calipers and the above.
Also I read that someone got some 406 brake hoses as they fit better, can you get braided versions of these as I'd quite like to upgrade the hoses at the same time.
People have started sending me the balances for the kits (£233).
We shall set the end date for this Group Buy as Friday 30th August or once all balances have been received - whichever comes first. The intention will then be to make the orders for bits on Monday 2nd September.
Any new joiners will need to pay full balance straight away.
In the meantime could the guys on the list (first post) please arrange for balances by Friday 30th Aug? Or get in touch to discuss if it's going to be any later than the order date (2nd Sept).
Got myself a pair of brembos for £125 collecting them on Sunday.
Will need a bit of a refurb i think but I don't mind doing that, gonna try and get the full kit for them.
Will this kit fit the Brembo 4pots off the fiat coupe turbo from the pictures they look the same, and are you able to put another kit together would go for the drilled brakes if my calipers are correct for the kit, did inbox but no sure if it went thru
