Great news!
Radiators are arriving at Ian's in about an hour.
I am driving to Redditch to QC them and they will be despatched tomorrow.

Again, my sincere apologies for the delay.

Can make anything.
Depends on quantity as to whether it's a rad at this price or double this price!

but tbh what would be the point as they are what 40-50 pound new.

Because this radiator is meant to be thicker and more efficient that OE, so you could assume the same thing with a radiator for a K series.

just solve the cooling issue lol . isnt the main advantage from thees alloys ones not having to recore them etc costing 100.s on its own on a turbo one ?

Hi Guys,
I'm really pleased with the radiators. Just got back from my 5 hour round trip to Quality control them!
We tested a couple in rad frames we had.
2 out of 3 rad frames were identical and the rads fitted straight in.
1 rad frame was an oddball and needed a tiny bit of fettling to make the rad fit - just about 1mm needed grinding away to make it perfect.
Ian has some pictures which he will put up later on.
So if the Rads get 99% in the frame but the top part of the frame won't quite bolt up correctly, this is why.
2 minutes with a Dremel and job done.
The odd thing was that the OE Rad also fouled on this particular frame, so no idea WTF was wrong with that!
