neighbors from hell

Post by phoenix83 »

Just woke up and went to my garage to sort out work tools and well my feather edges have been taken plasterboards are missing as are simple things like buckets and in their place sits toys from my neighbours garden... My garage is attached to their disgusting house.... Outside my garage making sure I can't gain access is a stag, evo 5, vito, something under tarpaulin and their daily driver volvo..... I have to park my car round the corner from my house which is tinky winky annoying my landlady doesn't wanna do anything about it so does any1 know if there us anything that can be done to make them get rid of scrap I have tried the dvla but they haven't done anything.

Now I'm getting to the point where I'm giving up its been a constant fight with them for the 5 years we been here

If they are parking in front of your garage car a tow truck to get it removed or contact the police they should sort it out all else fails then pay someone to wreck there cars or even call the scrap yard and tell them they can have the cars for free

They are like teflon..... Just stood there while they looked at the garage knowing full well I been in there and them having a go about me going in my garage...... Its ok getting a pad lock and in going to bolt it shut and if there stuff is in there then tiff its going down the tip.... Can't get don for theft if its in my garage

We had the old bill out a few months ago about them and even tho they are breaking the law on so many different things regarding vehicles they haven't done anything, using a car as a shed is classed as fly tipping..... Nothing ha been done and then they wonder why peope don't respect the police...... Go 5 mph over speed limit you get bummed.... But pollute the ground be a nuisance neighbour treat your house like a dump and well that's fine

If your landord is refusing to do anything about the cars blocking your garage then don't pay your rent. Wont be able to do much about bad neighbours but if your paying for the use of a garage and not getting it that is a breach of your contract. Keep calling the police and try and get an asbo against your neighbour. Failing that, well, i know what I would be doing. Everyone is a tough guy till their wearing a gallon of petrol and your holding a blow torch

Unfortunately we'd bought our house and fully renovated it, but moving was still the best thing we ever did!

Police won't help you, they told us to log a diary of events :annoy: ................Bloody big diary, full time job

I know how you feel, it's not a good place to be. Trouble is, if you do something to them you'll be in Sh*t straight away, but they seem to be allowed to do whatever they want.

Hope you get it sorted, hopefully they will move first :|

You got more chance of winning the lottery when you don't play it then them moving. Just gotta find a decent place to buy that has a decent piece of land so I can build a garage

Just go round there and put them strait. I had it with my neighbours i live in a closevall be it I had stock cars in my garden it was always kept tidy and all cars covered it looked presentable. They liked to gossip and point fingers until one day when most where outside and I lost the plot with them all  I shall not post what I had to say as it was not the best language but they now know I wont take crap.

Man up and put them in there place waste of time calling the old bill or anyone show them you have had enough even if that means grabbing one of them always go for the biggest as to me they are just walking all over you and you are letting them. I would not move for anyone and neither should you stand your ground and put the prats in there place I bet once you do they will change ;)
