Coupe turbo *SOLD*
Hi folks,
My coupe has just had its MOT and failed on a few things. I normally do a lot of this stuff myself but just don't have the time at the moment, so I'm wondering whether it's time to move on. I've had it for over 11 years and it's served me really well and if I had the time to do little jobs on it myself I would keep it.
If you are willing to do the work you could have a nice car for not much.
Car is charcoal grey, cream leather interior (good nick, no tears!), built 1995 (registered 1998), less than 110k miles. Good service history. Little patch of visible rust on the passenger door. Miglia 1000 alloys, MGZS front brakes, couple of amps under the seats, clear side repeaters and an MGF rear view mirror but no mods of "questionable" taste. Been looked after - as I say, I've had it over 11 years. Doesn't have bleed valves or anything indicative of "ragging".
MOT failures (in brief) are: some welding on sills, two track rod ends, one rear suspension bush, one ball joint, one tyre.
I'm out of the country with work (hence lack of time) so no photos handy, but you know what a grey coupe looks like.
Rules say I have to give a guide price, so let's start at £500.

I live in Eastleigh now but have always found them to be good (main thing: honest) so keep going there. There are some less honest garages in the area(!!). I do a lot of the work myself so they probably hate me for only giving them the crappy jobs
Here's a couple from when it was actually clean.

Re: Coupe turbo
Which company transported for £100 bud? I need a car moving 208 miles and could do with a keen price.

Re: Coupe turbo
What about losing your license ?
What about already selling your "road car" becuase there's no point as you have a company car ?
