4 stud 17" wheels are very hard to find, it might be worth searching German ebay, as nearly all Germans keep winter tyres on steelies

I think a standard set of Rover 600 wheels would be more stelf, but depends what tyres you plan to run.

Something like these;

There used to be a poverty-spec Daewoo Lanos in my area with grey plastic bumpers sitting on rusty looking steelies, yet under the bonnet was a 350bhp C20LET engine!

I no longer underestimate a car with steelie's! :lol:

16" Ti wheels? The 623 GSi model may have had 16" in a less racy style. The >1996 800 sterlings had 16" wheels in a plain style. I think the steelies only went to 15", though.

Try a custom steelie website? I saw one that was posted on here a while ago which did deep dish steelies, I'd imagine you can get some plainer looking ones though.

The 623 GSI sat on "Prestige" 15" alloys as seen here:-

This is the auto version so has the big Ti spec brakes and yes there is very little clearence. In fact I am not sure the modern non lead weights will clear the calipers.
