How does POL work? as in, can you just turn up in you Rover and get directed into the show field, do you have to contact the event organisers and get accepted, be part of a pre-booked club stand?
Been to a bunch of shows that all operate in different ways with different cars over the years and don't want to assume and end up in general parking after a spending a week polishing (nevermind the months of work required before it's worth polishing...).

Find a suitable place to park of your choice
Then wonder what vinnys excuse will be for not bringing his 220 gsi nasp

Last year I was doing the headgasket before the MOT (due April 16th !) so I'll probably get the MOT done a month early this year and allowing for a little welding to be done, I hope to be there.

I went in 2014 i think in my 220, couldnt park with the other coupes and it rained most the day which was unlucky, probably the worst car show iv been to, nothing going on at all as far as entertainment goes a few tents selling crap and people didnt seem that friendly only an old fella with a brg maestro turbo who i had a good chat with, i love the cars but half hour and uv seen it all, shame theres not a bit more going on really, some simulators for some racing competition, hot food and some scantely clad girls would be a good start in the right direction

I've just read about needing a number for model specific parking areas this year, is that just for clubs? Don't want to trek all the way down there then get lumped away in the outskirts somewhere!
